Welcome to Focus Timer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Focus Timer web application ("Service") operated by Neuralix ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Focus Timer is a web-based productivity application that provides:

• • Local storage of user preferences
• • Browser notifications for session alerts
• • Audio notifications for timer completion
• • Responsive design for desktop and mobile devices

User Accounts and Registration

Focus Timer does not require user registration or account creation. All user preferences are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and any data stored within it.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neuralix from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neuralix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
